MOTOSPRAY Subframe Black is a quick drying, semi-gloss, all-purpose rust and chip resistant, epoxy-based paint, designed for painting subframes, chassis, radiators, automotive components, engine bays and most surfaces requiring a rust and chip resistant finish.

SURFACE PREPARATION: Prepare the surface by removing all rust and flaking paint by grinding, wire brush or sanding. Treat residual rust and bare metal with MOTOSPRAY Deoxidiser & Rust Remover. Sand existing paint and wipe with MOTOSPRAY Prepwash to remove wax, grease and other contaminants. Mask off surrounding areas to avoid overspray.
APPLICATION: Shake vigorously for 1 minute after the sound of the agitator is heard. Spray in an even, overlapping pattern from a distance of approximately 25cm. Apply several light coats to build up thickness gradually. Leaving 5 minutes drying time between coats. Avoid a heavy coat which may run. Turn the can upside down and spray briefly to clear the nozzle after use.
DRYING TIME: Touch dry in approx 15 minutes, hard dry approx 24 hours.
CLEAN UP: Use MOTOSPRAY Enamel Thinner.
