MOTOSPRAY Subframe Black is a quick drying, semi-gloss, all-purpose rust and chip resistant, epoxy-based paint, designed for painting subframes, chassis, radiators, automotive components, engine bays and most surfaces requiring a rust and chip resistant finish.

SURFACE PREPARATION: Prepare the surface by removing all rust and flaking paint by grinding, wire brush or sanding. Treat residual rust and bare metal with MOTOSPRAY Deoxidiser & Rust Remover. Sand existing paint and wipe with MOTOSPRAY Prepwash to remove wax, grease and other contaminants. Mask off surrounding areas to avoid overspray.
APPLICATION: Stir paint thoroughly. If required, thin with up to 20% Enamel Thinner. Use conventional spray equipment with a 1.8 – 2.0 mm nozzle at 300 – 400 kPa pressure. Apply 2-3 coats allowing 5 minutes flash off time between coats.
DRYING TIME: Touch dry in approx 15 minutes, hard dry approx 24 hours.
CLEAN UP: Use MOTOSPRAY Gunwash
