MOTOSPRAY Primer & Putty In One is a high build, acrylic based, premium undercoat designed for priming and filling over bare steel, body filler, stop & finishing putties, fibreglass repairs, scratches, minor surface imperfections and stone chips. Its unique formulation ensures that there is no need to apply a putty and a primer over the prepared surface. MOTOSPRAY Primer & Putty In One is the only product required before topcoat.

SURFACE PREPARATION: Thoroughly clean surface to be painted, with MOTOSPRAY Prepwash. Grind or sand any surface rust and treat with MOTOSPRAY Deoxidiser & Rust Remover. For optimum results aluminium, galvanised steel and non-ferrous metals should be coated with MOTOSPRAY Etch Primer. Sand existing painted surfaces with P320 – P400 paper. Finally, clean the surface with MOTOSPRAY Prepwash. Mask off surrounding areas to avoid overspray.
Thinning: Thin two parts of MOTOSPRAY Primer & Putty In One with 1 part by volume of MOTOSPRAY Superglow General Purpose Thinners.
APPLICATION: Use a suction or gravity feed spray gun and apply 1 light coat, followed by 1-2 even, full coats allowing 5 minutes between coats. Avoid heavy, wet coats.
CLEAN UP: Use MOTOSPRAY Superglow General Purpose Thinner.
DRY & RECOAT TIMES: Touch dry in approx. 15 minutes. Hard dry 24 hours. Allow a minimum of 4 hours at 20°C or preferably overnight drying. Wet sand with P600-P800 before applying finish coat or Dry sand with P240 followed by P400-P500 using an orbital sander
