MOTOSPRAY Flexi Prime is a clear, single pack primer designed to bond automotive acrylic lacquers, single pack enamels, and two pack automotive paints to polypropylene and polyolefin plastics and bumper bars. The clear base reduces the amount of topcoats required to restore or match the surrounding finish.

SURFACE PREPARATION: Prepare the surface by thoroughly cleaning and degreasing with MOTOSPRAY Prepwash. Follow by carefully abrading with Scotch Brite Hand Pad (Grey) or equivalent. Care must be taken not to damage plastics. Once again clean and degrease with MOTOSPRAY Prepwash. Mask off surrounding areas to avoid overspray.
APPLICATION: Shake vigorously for 1 minute after the sound of the agitator is heard. Spray in an even, overlapping pattern from a distance of approximately 25cm. Apply two light coats allowing for a flash-off time of 5-10 minutes between coats. Allow to dry for 15-20 minutes before applying the next coat. Turn the can upside down and spray briefly to clear the nozzle after use. For the next step apply the selected topcoat.
CLEAN UP: Use MOTOSPRAY Superglow General Purpose Thinner.
