MOTOSPRAY Bumper Black is a semi flexible, quick drying, acrylic lacquer specially formulated for bumpers and plastic parts. Suitable for application to previously primed plastic automotive bumper bars, louvres, grilles and other black trim components

APPLICATION CONDITIONS: Use outdoors or in a well-ventilated area such as an open garage. Use when temperature is between 10°C and 32°C and humidity is below 65% to ensure proper drying. Do not apply to hot surfaces.
SURFACE PREPARATION: New plastic components should be thoroughly cleaned and coated with MOTOSPRAY Flexi Prime. Old Parts: should be repaired and primed with MOTOSPRAY Bumper Primer. Ensure previously primed and sanded surfaces are free from wax, grease, dirt, oil etc by thoroughly cleaning with MOTOSPRAY Prepwash. Mask off surrounding areas to avoid over spray.
APPLICATION: Shake vigorously for one minute after the sound of the agitator is heard. Apply an even, overlapping pattern from a distance of approximately 25cm. Apply 3-4 light coats. Allow 10 minutes flash off between coats. By varying distance, flash off time and speed at which nozzle travels, varying finishes may be obtained. Practice spraying is recommended. Turn the can upside down and spray briefly to clear the nozzle after use.
DRYING TIME: 15 minutes to touch dry. Can be handled after approximately 2 hours
CLEAN UP: Use MOTOSPRAY Superglow General Purpose Thinner.
