MOTOSPRAY Sound Deadener is a fast-drying, flexible, bitumen-based coating for sound deadening and protection against corrosion, dust, moisture and abrasion. May be used on underbody parts such as mudguards, subframes, bonnets, inside door panels, boots and spare wheel tubs. No primer or topcoat required.

SURFACE PREPARATION: All surfaces must be thoroughly sanded and cleaned with MOTOSPRAY Prepwash prior to application. Treat any rusted surfaces with MOTOSPRAY Deoxidiser & Rust Remover. Mask off surrounding areas to avoid overspray. Prime metal surfaces with MOTOSPRAY Etch Primer.
APPLICATION: Shake can well before use. Attach Schutz Spray Gun directly to the can. Spray in an even, overlapping pattern from a distance of approximately 25cm. Apply two to three even coats (allowing 5 minutes flash off time between coats) to gradually increase film thickness. Avoid heavy, wet coats to minimise risk of runs. Turn can upside down and spray briefly to clear nozzle after use. DO NOT coat functional parts such as springs, exhausts, drive drafts, etc.
DRYING TIME: Air Dry approx 3-4 Hours
CLEAN UP: Use MOTOSPRAY Superglow General Purpose Thinner.
